question about wcf programming

Hi all,
I have wrote a windows form application that is work on a small network.my database is on the server and each client should connect to server to get data from sql server.Now i want to add the following ability to my project :

when each of the forms will be updated(I mean the datagridview in that form) every clients that works on this form become refresh.

Now my question is that "Can WCF do this for me??"
