page refresh on login page and After Successful login Error page is load only on Client machine

Hi ,

I have .net application with c#.In Login page ,They entered username and password after clicking login the login page is refreshed it happed only on one of the user client Machine.after successful login it shows error page. Any body suggest me the soultions. Its only Happened on one client machine.Other client users are worked fine.Awaiting for ur reply.

Please, post the error that you are getting the that particular machine.

Before going to the code please do the following, so that you can have a clear idea from what is the actual cause.

1. Scan the machine with any s standard updated antivirus.
2. Install any other standard browser like FireFox, Chrome...etc and test your application on those browsers.

Solution 2

The authentication process sometimes rely on cookies. check if the cookies on this particular client is enabled or not as this could be the problem.
