i want to develop a sceenshot software on windows, but i' m thinking compare under a full- screen shot is not a good idea. an you give me any advice

if we can take a screen shot in where current mouse is located it will useful and amazing work. I mean just where we point the mouse it will generate a screenshot around that mouse point like 300X300 Pix image. anyway this is just a idea so this may be a worst idea you ever heard. anyhow I'm going to wish you for your nice start.
