Is that not clear? It's the computer running the VB6 code turning power off, and, especially, on -- most impressive part. :-)

Depends on the power supply that you want to turn on and off.

If it is the PSU for the PC you are running on, you can't. How do you expect to run software to turn on the power supply, when the power supply must be on for the software to run?

If it is an external power supply connected to the PC in some way, then you would be best talking to the manufacturers, as we would need to know a lot more info about how it is connected, what signalling methods you have, as so forth.
