I need to create a floating panel in my web form which scrolls down with my page....

I know it's old but I came across this in my search so to anyone else that ends up here.
From Anuja's link they talk about multiple options with ajax tool kit and other more complex options, its a lot easier just tack on style="POSITION: fixed;"
If other things are over it so when you scroll down it get blocked, add in a Z-INDEX:###; portion
