How to focus label while we are bottom of the webpage and the label is situated on the top of the webpage(vertical bar exist on the webpage)?

I want to focus the label situated on the top of the webpage while i m clicking on the submit button which is situated on the bottm of the webpage.How is Possible in ASP.NET?
There exist verticalbar over there.

Labels are not focusable elements. If you meant something else, please explain it.
