new changes not taking effects

hi there,

i have created one website, and uploaded it.

from my FTP account when i change any page and upload it in to ftp account but it is not taking effect. it shows old effect on website.

how can i solve it.

EX.
if i change only phone number in Contact-Us page and re-upload it in to ftp account then it is not taking effect on website.

Try these 3 options in the same order:

* Clear your browsers cache and try loading your website (Steps for all browsers[^])
* If this doesn't work, delete the bin folder and re-upload your website
* If both of these options doesn't work, try uploading the site again, after deleting all the files and folders from your ftp account (make sure you have a copy of all the files in the ftp directory [if any] apart from your project files)
