Looking for SharePoint Discussion Board Web Part

Hi,

Do you have a Discussion board web part for MOSS 2007? I found in-built discussion board in SP but that is for SP team only. You cannot use for general public. I want something I can use in my site for general public so whoever registered in my site can post their comments and blogs.

Does not address the question. The OP states you can't use a discussion board on a public facing SharePoint site. How does this respond to that?
