BASICALLY I NEED TO USE THE FUNCTIONS OF THAT EXE IN MY WINDOWS APPLICATION AND ALSO NEED TO INCLUDE SOME MORE FUNCTIONS

Anything is possible with software, your question needs to be more specific though.

I assume you mean can an exe check if there is a latest version of itself and allow an upgrade?

THANKS JONATHAN, NO THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. ACTUALLY WHAT I NEED IS TO ADD SOME MORE FEATURES TO AN EXISTING EXE BUT I DONT HAVE ANY CODE FOR THAT EXE.
