Microsoft office Excel is waiting for another process to complete an OLE action

when trying to use a add-in i created in excel u sing .net , i get this error "Microsoft office Excel is waiting for another process to complete an OLE action".

This crashes the application itself.

Please help!

File, Options, Advanced, and under General check Ignore other applications that use DDE.
