How can I use to read and write data to usb port in vb.net?
its possible?
i will record a biosensor diagram signal mediated micro-controller .

Solution 1

Probably the easiest way would be communicating with the microcontroller via a virtual RS232 (that is standard serial communication, ignoring USB details).
Do you have control on the microcontroller side?

I did a quick search here on CP and found this. USB Port Communication in C#[^]

I understand that it is in C# and your tag is labeled VB.NET, but you can easily translate the code by using any converter. I hope this helps. :)
