to diaplay image in light box

i want to display image in light box............

but my image are stored in sql db, i don't know how to dispaly in light box and also want to give some effects related to jquery....

if anyone has answer than reply.......

in the first link images comes from the folder and i need to image retrieve from the db ...
and in second link image comes from the database but i want to display image on button click

means

when user click on the button than a light box will be opened and image should display.. when he will click on next button than next image will display....

any other suggestion than share with me.... and thanks a lot to help me...
