Microsoft has released Visual Studio LightSwitch 2011. Why you need VS LightSwitch Beta 2.

You can download Visual Studio LightSwitch 2011 here for trail. At bottom of the page you can find Visual Studio LightSwitch 2011 in ISO format for download.

I totally agree with Jaganathan Bantheswaran on this. You should use 2011 instead.
But if you absolutely need Beta 2, then you can get it here: LightSwitch Beta 2 Download and Training Kit[^]
(I found this with a simple google search, BTW. download lightswitch beta 2[^])
