This is rather unclear:

What kind of project? What conditions and restrictions are tied to it?

If you're unable to understand the terminology or to make yourself more clear then maybe you should go back to the person who gave you the task, and ask for a clarification.

I'm sorry. I read through all the responses you gave to me and others. But I still have no idea what you need help with. This may be in part because of the language barrier.

Go to the person who gave you the task. Tell them you don't understand what they want of you. If they don't or can't help you, then there really is a big problem. But in that case we really can not help you.

Of course, if that person has the same problem understanding you as I do, then maybe you should work on that, first.

For your own sanity, you need to speak to your lecturer now! If there is something you do not understand, then clarify it with the academic staff. As others have stated, there are a myriad of meanings for the word 'project'.

Protect your future and speak to your lecturer before it really is too late.
