Accidently deleted records

Hi,
I have accidenly deleted some important records from one table.Can you please provide any suggession to recover those records, as those are very important for us.
The things I have is,

backup: I have only two months old backup
Trnasaction log: Not yet taken
Recovery Model: Full

Please provide a solution to reteieve those records.

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

If your last backup is two months old, then it may be your only hope. And don't waste time. Tell your boss now, before he finds out for himself, and tell him what you are going to try to do to fix it.
