Get information from ebay.com database to the seller database

hi all,
first of all happy new to all the experts.and secondly i have a requirement from client. actually the client has placed their order on the ebay.com. now as you all know the ebay.com is a shopping site.so now the requiremnt is that when any user place bid or buy any item(of client) from ebay.com.the database of client sholud also be updated with the ebay.com database. so please tell me is it possible. if possible than please help me how it is possible .
