Practice some sports, enough sleep and valuable foods and no drogs (even alcohol) will help you in long run...

The question is too broad. In brief: learn Computer Science. The more of the fundamental knowledge you get, the more fundamental approach you use, the better. At the same time, don't forget to apply all you learn in practice, on a regular basis. Always create some non-trivial solutions and don't limit yourself by "experimental" quality of code. Try to make some project if very fine quality, very complete, good to use and thoroughly tested, otherwise you can loose the sense of reality.
