The result of AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory.ToString() is alway like D:\C\WpfApplication2\ConsoleApp\bin\Debug\.But in WCF,the result is like D:\C\WpfApplication2\ConsoleApp\bin\Debug.I wonder why?
