How to call Datatable Adapter in codebehide page

Hi,

I am using VS2010.I wanna generate data access layer using Dataset.xsd.
Everything is fine.I am configuring Tableadapter.I need to call it in codebehind page.But I couldnt.Can any one please give reply as soon as possible
