^]) is exactly what I would recommend for anyone wanting to start working with the parallel port and LEDs in C#, given that that is exactly what it does.
If you can't understand it at all, then I can only suggest that you need to go back to basics and re-learn C# from scratch, as that is a pretty basic (and very good) introduction to such things. You really aren't going to find anything easier, or better explained!
