c# how can i send windows form data to word document?

i want to send form data (labels name and textboxes entered data and image box,... all form content ) into word document to print it .

I don't want to get screen shot , i want to print specific form with changeable values entered every time

can anybody help me , i need to solve this problem necessaryز
