You want help on building software? Well its not like one can explain "How to Build Software" in a simple answer .. if you want to work with asp.net you should do some tutorials on that fisrt or get a/some good books about it.

A first good reference for asp.net applications is the official site www.asp.net with lots of tutorials there.
