creating a togglebutton style

Hi guys and girls!
Can anyone help me with writing a custom style for a togglebutton to give it a black border and rounded corners? I've found some examples but they don't fit what i want.

Did you try with "Expression Blend" ? I think it will give you whatever you want.

You can always start with the documented default style/template and adjust it to your needs...
