Android-Sdk. Windows XP

Windows XP SP3. Galaxy Ace GT-S5830, Android version 2.3.5.

Samsung Kies can still recognise my phone but Android-Sdk no longer can. Debug mode has been selected.

Any ideas how to resolve it?

A similar thing happened to me with my phone and SDK. The strange about it was the phone's software could recognize my phone when connected to the computer, but Android SDK could not (I have Android 2.2.1).

I thought that I was some how out of luck to get it to work. However, one day it just worked. I know this may not seem like a solution, but how about restarting the computer such that the drivers can be recognized. That's how mine got to work.
