How to make custom Shaped mdichildern..?

Hai all,

I want to make an clock, which is showing as mdi childern, i want to make my mdichild form in circle shape,for that i put one .PNG image(which have a shape of circle) of clock as background image of my form.

How can i make my mdichild form a circle..?

Please help..
