If English is not his/her first language, then expecting him to rephrase it is vain. He probably used Google Translator to phrase it in English from a language that he uses and Google Translator doesn't always translate exactly. What I think he means is "how can I add a checkbox column in an ASP.NET GridView so that I can check a row and hit a button to delete it?"
