Solution 1

You can't C# is a language. You can however "skin" a WPF window or a Form, but you've not stated whether you're using WPF, Form or some other UI framework.

You could use Google to find your answer or look at these articles

Good points, especially about C#. However, even for a language it's important to be skinny. Too bad it's too late to skin a language which already exists. :-)
