How to create a Custome Setup Project in C#..?

I want to create a Installation file of my Windows Application,

1) The Setup will be installed on My Folder Name (like C:\ProgramFiles\MyApp\..)
2) I want to add a user License agreement to (Like I Agree or I don't Agree)
3) serial key will be there also
4) Registry values also be added or updated

Please Help Me...

I want to make a installer like Microsoft office installation, adobe Photoshop installation its all are example for what i want to make..
