Opening existing Excel workbook in a webpage

Dear All,
There's an Excel workbook with many sheets and charts in my APP_Data.
And there's a link in my web page.If i click that link, i want to show the whole workbook in my another web page and it can be edited, and inserted like you are using office excel software.
Can anyone help me please..

Click a submenu in that web page. And click one of links that's in the body of web page. Then u will see 2 links (view and download). If you click view, another website(skydrive)will appears as new tab. In that website, you can see data as an excel view.
I hope someone can help me with this..
