how to catch notifications

i need to catch notifications coming on to the notifications area in task bar,such as incoming mail,online message.please help me how to find it.

You've asked this question already (this is the third instance I can find) and been given answers. What of these answers is unsuitable for you?

I suggest that you take particular note of Philippe Mori's comments. Failing that, do the clearly suggested thing - look into API hooking, look into how you'd put your own task-bar icon and notification into the taskbar, apply API hooking to the functions that the target programs must be using, voila! You have the notification messages and the time they were posted to the taskbar.
