adding toolbar to enternet explorer

hi i have a problem. I do not speak English well.Please express your comment in the form of short and simple sentences.

I want to write a program that when I install the program a toolbar is added to the enternet explorer (or web browser)

When the toolbar was added, the program should to read and process text of pages(text of link) that are opening

I do not think anyone will download this program. Please try and explain your problem in more detail.

already, we could add a toolbar,button and etc through macro programing.
Now, I want to do it through with C + + .
simply, I just want to add a toolbar to internet explorer.
