There is a
Build->Publish option to start deployment procedure.
It is called
ClickOnce in Microsoft. The main advantage is that it allows you to create the setup with on-line update.
Try it, and if you don't like the way it goes, you can always use freeware setup packages (such as, Inno Setup) as alternative.
