How to disply URl in Lowercase string

I developed a project its working Properly. I had created Web Form in Upper and lower string. Example " http://www.looknbook.com/Packages/Forms/package_search.aspx

Now My requirement have to display URl in LowerCase String. Example " http://www.looknbook.com/packages/forms/package_search.aspx ".

Please give suggestion , How to display URL in Lower Case.

You can keep all the folder names in lowercase. Is that an option?
