video surveillance algorithm

i want algorithm for video searching with time search feature.

for ex:-we will be having tera byte data from cctv and i want to search video from tb data(video file) when i enter time will be in minutes since each video will be of 1 hour.if cctv cameras had captured video from 2:00 to 3:00 then when we enter 2:25 to 2:45 it should show only that part of video clip

Solution 1

Is google broken (or not available) where you are? What is "tb" data? What video format? Once you know these things, you should be able to find SOMETHING on google that does this.
