visual paradigm vs enterprise architect which is better for ALL UML diagram, code generation, Synchronization ...and explain why?

I agree with the above comment, while comparing two tools there are plenty of things that come into picture:

1- How easy it is to use?
2- What is the learning curve involved?
3- Does it solve all that you are looking for?
4- How much help available around you?

Besides all this what is the future a particular tool is offering, so that you can bet on it and if after 5 yrs down the line you have to make updates with the application especially in case of Enterprise Applications, its still there to help you out.

If you ask for my opinion Enterprise Architect is my choice. It has grown significantly in last few years and now provides close integration with development IDE's. You can do all kind of stuff like reverse engineering, code generation, keep your design sync up all time and can still be within your IDE...

Hope it helps to make your decision..

with kudos,

You are asking for arguments of one tool over another? A doubious endeavor if you ask me. This kind of question asked lets say 20 people will just about leave you with as many different opinions.
My vote is for enterprise architect and as for the explanation part that is just as easy for me as well:

Because I know how to use it!

The explanation is especially true as these kind of tools do have a very steep learning curve and I would not without serious need want to change tools especially when the project is already underway.
