Ribbon controls in mfc

I am using vs2008 ribbon controls in SDI application, i have removed all the controls and created myself a CMFCRibbonBar and place a button on the bar but i don't know how to handle the event when the button is clicked.

i can't able to get the ribbon folder in resource view.Actually i am using vs2008
