Updating Multiple Records in Gridview using backend code

Hi all, i am working with Asp.Net gridview control. I have a button in the form when i click on the button all the records in the gridview are updatable and the table can be modified in the db. This can be done from backend code. How can i get the solution. Please give the suggestions
