Integration API for Calling in .net

I want to integrate call fire API with my .NET application. I use call fire API to make my .NET application call my customer with the phone number provided to it. Have anyone gone through this task? If you have any idea, please share it with me.... Note: I use C#, Mssql backend from where I provide the phone number to my .NET application.
