In my opinion, this is more than enough: http://php.net/manual/en/index.php[^].

However, perhaps I did not get what do you mean "learn at home" (please see my question in a comment to your question). No internet? no computer? If you have a computer and not Internet you can always pre-download the course, and you can do exercises if you install PHP, Apache and Apache mod_php at your home computer.

Even if you read a book you should right PHP and run code down the road.
