Blackberry model specifications

Hi All,

I'm just starting blackberry development and want to buy Blackberry smart phone.
Can anyone suggest what is the best model which accepts linphone sources successfully.
I've tried some simulators the only one accepts without run-time error is Blackberry Torch 9800, but in blackberry home page there is notice that linphone accepts only Bold series models.
