How to configure web application on IIS7

Dear Developer,
I have the windows 2008 with IIS 7 installed. when i deploy the my web application on IIS 7 into machine, then i got below error.
I try to all possible method to resolve the issue but unable to resolve the below error.

Thread: HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

Its greatful to me , if anybody give me exact solution of below error.
