hi dear
use external crystal reports and crystal reports has feature while exporting the report it asks whether you save in excel,word or pdf

click the export button on report and look at the bottom there is option save as
and file type.

Solution 2

If you can print the report [this is Crystal after all] then you can simply install a PDF printer emulator[^] and print to that.

Crystal Report has option to export TO PDF or word... Make use of it...
