New email notifier in Outlook

Hey Guys,
I am working on a certain project and i need to get an email alert (in Outlook), if a new mail is received from a particular email address.I am planning to use ms agent (merlin) for displaying the alert.
I know how to use the ms agent but i am not able to get the new email details from outlook. Can anyone help me on this ??

You Have To Set Rules and Alert From Tool menu of Outlook....
