How to create Group Box in Flex

Hi friends,

I have tried a lot to create a group box in flex 3.0 At first i just think its an easy task for me but later i feel that its a hard work. From internet i can't get the satisfied answer so will you help me to create a group box in Adobe Flex 3.0

@Sandeep, I have tried a lot but the last way is create a panel and give that panel background. but it doesn't seems like a group box. and there isn't any GUI component for group box in flex... so please help me if u can...
