Solution 1

You cannot. But you can merge multiple .NET assemblies into a single assembly.

Solution 2

I did not get what you want exactly from us but i suggest you to use some 3rd party tool like winrar. Winrar is software that is able to zip more than one file and it able to bind that data in to exe so you can merge exe(s) in one exe....
