PrintDialog Page selection

How to modify the PrintDialog to accept mutiple page ranges like microsfot word?
It should accept the comma delimited input for pages and the description should read,
"Enter page numbers and/or page ranges separated by commas" instead of
"Enter either a single page number or a single page range".

Maybe a solution could be to extend PrintDialog.

A few years ago a couple of articles were written demonstrating how to do it.
In 'your' version of the extended PrintDialog you can do what ever you want...
