Please read the guidelines on how to ask questions. 'Please help me' is both obvious, and useless. Asking us to do all your work without showing that you've tried anything for yourself, is also rude and won't encourage people to help you. Have you got access to books ? Google ? What have you tried ? What language are you using ? No-one can help, based on this.

Also, if you create a circle, and rotate it, it looks like a circle. It has no edges.
