Hello, I need to send raw data through usb. Now to clarify, I need to switch on/off the electricity running through the green and white wires (data- and data+). Is this thing possible? How?

For a start, the data- and data+ buses are not for switching power on/off in USB, they are for transmitting data. The power is transmitted through VCC and GND wires. As far as I know there is no way to turn power on / off in USB port through software, this is done by the USB controller. If you need to interact with USB ports you need to at least have some sort of hardware that can communicate using the USB format, ie micro controller etc. If you just need to interact with simple IO pins you should use the parallel or serial ports.
