How to send Email with images as a header and body means it looks like letter head

Hi,
I want to send d mail using image as a header and below that i want matter whatever enter in the text box means after click on send button it will look like a letter head.
Plz help me to resolve this problem...

Thanks to those guys who reply on my above post n it works fine but when i m trying to send images in the header of the email(means above the message body) at that time in receiver end image found as attached file....Plz help me to solve this problem...ASAP

I think you have to create HTML template with Header and Body.
