How to create a new settings type

Hi everyone

I'm trying to create new type of settings. In code(main program) it wouldn't be a problem. I'd create new class, and everything would be ok. But I have no idea how to make created class, my settings type. I attempted to modify to app.config file, but it didn't work.

P.S. Sory for possible language mistakes, but I don't know english well, I'm from Poland :D
